Ceiling Fan

NEW CEILING FAN INSTALLATION: $300

This rate includes: Basic labor to install ceiling fan with favorable site conditions. Turn off power to circuit. Layout location and cut mounting hole. Mount ceiling fan support bracket securely to adjacent ceiling joists. Add or modify NM-B wiring to create switched branch from existing circuit. Install junction boxes and secure NM-B wiring to framing. Install switch with fan control. Place and secure fan, fan control and trim plate. Re-power and verify proper operation of controls and fan operation. Includes planning, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. DOES NOT include ceiling fan (customer will supply).

REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING CEILING FAN: $150

This rate includes: Basic labor to replace existing ceiling fan with favorable site conditions. Turn off power to circuit. Remove existing ceiling fan. Mount ceiling fan support bracket securely to adjacent ceiling joists, if needed. Place and secure fan, fan control and trim plate. Re-power and verify proper operation of controls and fan operation. Includes planning, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. DOES NOT include ceiling fan (customer will supply).

Panel Replacement

MAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL REPLACEMENT: $1975

Basic labor to upgrade electrical service panel with favorable site conditions. Turn off main power. Remove existing breakers. Disconnect circuit connections and panel. Fabricate opening for new service panel. Mount new panel. Connect up to 30 circuits and install breakers. Power and test circuits for proper polarity, voltage and continuity. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
***Electrical panel replacements are extremely custom and actual quote will vary from location to location. The above rate is based on a single panel replacement.

GFCI

NEW INSTALLATION OF EXTERIOR GFCI: $225

Basic labor to install exterior GFCI outlet with favorable site conditions. Turn off power to circuit. Layout location and cut mounting hole. Mount remodeling style electrical box. Add or modify NM-B wiring from existing circuit and fixture. Connect outlet and secure NM-B wiring to framing. Place GFCI outlet and trim piece. Re-power circuit and verify proper operation. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

INTERIOR GFCI REPLACEMENT: $150 FOR ONE UNIT; $40 EACH ADDITIONAL UNIT

Basic labor to install interior GFCI outlet with favorable site conditions. Turn off power to circuit. Place GFCI outlet and trim piece. Re-power circuit and verify proper operation. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

Recessed Lighting

RECESSED LIGHTING NEW INSTALLATION: $1975 FOR UP TO 8 LIGHTS

Basic labor to install can lighting with favorable site conditions. Turn off power to circuit. Layout location and cut mounting hole. Add or modify wiring from existing switch or existing parallel fixture after verifying safe amperage for circuit. Connect and place fixture. Secure wiring and place trim piece. Power and test. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. Does NOT include patching of holes made by feeder wires to move around ceiling joists.
***Projects exceeding 8 lights require an additional lighting circuit, please contact us for a quote.***

Attic Fan

ATTIC FAN NEW INSTALLATION: $650

Basic labor to install attic fan with favorable site conditions. Install new ventilating attic fan. Install 120 V 15A circuit adjacent to unit. Install switch. Fabricate support framing and opening, as needed. Mount and secure fan. Connect and secure NM power wiring and switch wiring to unit. Power unit and verify proper operation. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
