Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting services, accepting an estimate, approving an invoice, or using the Pal Electrical Contractor website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided
Pal Electrical Contractor LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services including but not limited to:

Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Electrical panel upgrades
EV charger installations
Lighting installation
Wiring and circuit installations
Electrical inspections
All work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes and regulations in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

3. Estimates
All estimates are based on visible job conditions at the time of inspection. If hidden conditions or additional work is discovered during the project, additional charges may apply and will be communicated when possible before proceeding.

4. Deposits and Payment
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling work or purchasing materials.

Typical payment structure:

50% deposit prior to beginning work
Remaining balance due upon completion
Invoices may be issued through our accounting system and are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice.

5. Permits and Inspections
Some electrical projects require permits and inspections from local jurisdictions. Permit fees and related costs may be included in the invoice or billed separately depending on the scope of work.

6. Access to Work Area
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to electrical equipment and work areas. Delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional labor charges or rescheduling.

7. Property Protection
Pal Electrical Contractor LLC will take reasonable care to protect property during work. However, the company is not responsible for damage caused by hidden conditions such as concealed wiring, plumbing, structural issues, or previous unsafe installations.

8. Warranty
Pal Electrical Contractor LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty on completed installations unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty does not cover misuse, alterations by other contractors, power surges, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability
Pal Electrical Contractor LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from electrical services performed.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

How long do I have to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice. If you are unable to provide us a notice of cancelation, a $50 fee will be applied.
